Business Unit strategies to optimize product performance within the assigned segments andchannels i.e. Health Systems, State Awardees,Vaccines For Children (VFC) Providers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) .  This position will oversee the assessment, research, creation, and implementation of customer strategy to enhance the position of Sanofi Pasteur within these critical customer segments in order to achieve dose and revenue goals. This position will manage the IDN marketing team andwork closely with the Head of Customer Marketing to develop and implement strategies, objecitves,budgets, forecasts andfinancial plans. Key accountabilities SEGMENT PERFORMANCE 20% Objective: Maximize company dose and dollar sales volume inside targeted segments in a manner consistent with SP financial goals. Achieve forecasts as planned. Develop realistic and achievable strategies in concert with Marketing and Sales Management. Use information systems and reports to monitor and direct the progress of sales and profits toward monthly, trimester and annual sales objectives. SEGMENT MANAGEMENT 20% Objective: Develop and implement segment strategies that will ultimately identify financial opportunities and inform deployment and execution. Routinely meet with an ever-broadening base of sales representatives and customers to enhance market knowledge and to share market insights. Identify market/product/customer opportunities based on changing customer demands, competitive activities and market trends. Remain abreast of the market, the competition and the environment.  Act as an information resource to all of Sanofi Pasteur functional areas. Assist in developing and managing segment / channel objectives consistent with brand and SP priorities. BUSINESS PLANNING 15% Objective: Develop and implement comprehensive segment marketing plans that support Sanofi Pasteur BU objectives. Prepare and submit timely marketing plans in accordance with the strategic planning cycle. These plans are to include objectives, strategies, tactics, operating expenses and sales forecasts. Gain support and ensure timely execution of annual business plans to achieve segment objectives. Assist in developing and executing contingency plans necessary to meet changes in the customer environment and market place. COMMUNICATION & COORDINATION 15% Objective: Coordinate and communicate all aspects of assigned segments with relevant stakeholders. Communicate and gain alignment on strategies and tactical plans with key stakeholder groups so they are prepared to support. Provide direction and insights to functional groups, which include, but are not limited to Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Regional and Specialty Sales (e.g. VS, DSM, NAM, KAM, KAS), Medical Affairs, etc. Coordinate activities of outside vendors and agencies within budget limitations and consistent with segment strategic direction. LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT 20% Objective: Demonstrate ownership of business objectives, gain consensus from peers, stakeholders and leadership, and provide coaching and development to team members. Demonstrate ownership of business plans, identify changes and bring effective solutions to Senior Management. Own and execute personal development plan and coach / develop team members. Model company values. ORGANIZATION & TIME MANAGEMENT 10% Objective: Achieve maximum professional efficiencies through effective organization and time management. Allocate your and your team's time proportionally to impact the most important business and team priorities. Manage time and projects to acceptable and improving levels of quality and quantity. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
