Lead Public Affairs, Vaccine Advocacy

Developing and executing against Influenza, Pediatric, and Meninge Public Affairs goals and strategy, and engaging key stakeholders to support the immunization community, disease awareness, and further Sanofi's interests in the space. Work with US Public AffairsVaccines Head to manage relationships both internally within Sanofi and externally with organizations to achieve business objectives.  Identify, develop, and maintain strategic alliances with third-party organizations and their communities, and effectively communicate progress internally to align resources in order to achieve project, Public Affairs, and broader corporate goals. Identifying key opportunities to engage the external Pediatric and Meninge community and support activities that improve health for people, and other activities as need to support awareness and business efforts. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrate initiative to assess, develop, and execute against goals, strategy, and engagement of key public affairs stakeholders tosupportSanofi's interests within the advocacy community: Patient associations / advocates & groups Medical / scientific societies Think tanks and Public health foundations Collaborate across external affairs (government relations, policy, market access, CSR, and communications), business units, medical affairs, and R&D to ensure alignment and deliver maximum value to external Public Affairs stakeholders partners. Represent Sanofi and participate in relevant external meetings throughout the year. Listen to the needs of people and providers and bring key insights into the organization. Establish or maintain Sanofi as a trusted partner with public affairs stakeholders by identifying common goals and areas of collaboration, and proposing and executing programs to achieve those goals. Analyze vaccine market trends, issues, and environmental factors to anticipate opportunities and risks of importance to Sanofi; work with appropriate functions to counsel management and influence business decision-making process.  Display a positive, highly flexible work able to actively team with others and use strong organization skills to track information on relationship and project progress. Assure full compliance with all corporate, industry, and regulatory guidelines. Must be able to travel approximately 30% of the time. Basic Qualifications: -    BA/BS in scientific, business, public affairs, policy or related field; Masters preferred. -    5 - 7 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry. -    2+ years' experience in public affairs, advocacy, policy, or government relations. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
