Deputy Director Product Management Associate

Objective:  To create and build the value of product line responsibility within Channel Partners (i.e. Pharmacy Purchasing Networks, Wholesalers, Distributors, Physician Buying Groups, Group Purchasing Organizations, Long-Term Care Facilities, etc).   Expectations: o Assist in developing rationale on pricing, distribution, promotion, market research, and other issues which impact product line responsibility. o Develop and expand technical knowledge necessary for promotion within Channel Partners, including customer interaction. Help define the customer experience for each key business processes (inquiry, price quotations, contract fulfillment/renewals, customer services...) o Identify market/product opportunities based on changing customer demands and competitive activities and trends, including but not limited to value-based healthcare, population health management, market consolidation, volume-based purchasing and health information technology. o Remain abreast of the market, the competition and the environment.  Act as an information resource to all of Sanofi Pasteur functional areas. o Lead or assist in tactical development for customers or field facing materials o Assist in developing and managing segment budgets within profit objectives. BUSINESS PLANNING Objective:  To develop and implement comprehensive, rational marketing plans which support Sanofi Pasteur's strategic plan in selected segments. Expectations: o Assist in preparation and submit timely marketing plans in accordance with the planning cycle.  These plans are to include objectives, strategies, tactics, budgets, and sales forecasts. o Develop and assure timely execution of the annual and three-year plans to achieve market share targets. o Assist in developing and executing contingency plans necessary to meet changes in the environment, such as but not limited to, regulatory changes, new competitors, customer purchasing behaviors and interruptions in production. o Assist in the development of strategy regarding: product, price, promotion and distribution. CONSUMER SUPPORT Objective:  To support and collaborate on consumer marketing strategies and tactics Develop and deploy Consumer Relationship Marketing strategies and tactical plans for SP portfolio Partners with multiple stakeholders, including the Brand team, Business Intelligence, and IT, to deliver best-in-class customer experiences that drive loyalty for patients and conversion for prospects Manage the day-to-day relationship, including campaign design and implementation, with the CRM agency and email platform provider (TBD) Develop Consumer CRM measurement plan & KPIs, with key stakeholders, to ensure all activities are tied to measureable results and incorporated into decision making to improve effectiveness of Relationship Marketing investments Optimize, grow & effectively utilize the SP consumer database to increase sales, cross-selling, and adherence programs Drive enterprise adoption of consumer digitalchannels as a source of customer intelligence. Synthesize digital and marketing performance data to deeply understand customer needs and match that intelligence to business goals to design an optimal digital engagement strategy ORGANIZATION AND TIME MANAGEMENT Objective:  To achieve maximum personal efficiencies through effective organization and time management. Expectations: o Allocate time to activities in proportion to impact the accomplishment of domestic revenue and profit goals and the marketing plan direction. o Make effective use of resources available in Sanofi Pasteur and through other sources. o Establish controls to monitor and to provide reports on product sales, profits and project status. o Manage time and projects to acceptable and improving levels of quality and quantity. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT      Objective:  To improve performance and maintain attention to an ongoing Personal Development Plan.  Expectations: o Routinely identify and prioritize areas of the job where improvement is indicated. o Set realistic and attainable objectives for improving job performance in specific areas. o Identify specific actions to be taken to improve specific job performance. o Make use of company resources and manager assistance in achieving the Personal Development Plan goals. o Establish standards and estimate completion dates by which to measure progress toward Continuous Improvement goals. o Monitor progress toward the standard, recognize when the standard is being habitually met and establish another priority objective. o Develop a plan designed to maintain or exceed desired competency levels. o Attend competency workshops to improve identified competencies. Basic Qualifications: BA/BS Degree preferably in Economics, Marketing or Sciences MBA desirable A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Marketing or Specialty Sales capacity Preferred Qualifications: Strong channel marketing capabilities with deep experience in developing and executing campaigns across multiple channels Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Knowledge of regulatory environment and has proven track record of managing tactical design, messaging and execution in industry Shows ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and techniques and is able to modify one's behavior to gain acceptance of ideas or plans Can build networks to obtain cooperation without relying on authority or supervision Demonstrated ability to work effectively with and influence a cross-functional, matrix group Proven ability to effectively lead and collaborate across broad stakeholders to maximize impact Passion and experience in working with disease education programs Able to translate business, communications, and user goals into effective, scalable channel solutions. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
