Project Coordinator II (R&D and R&D HR focused projects)

Minimum REQUIREMENTS:
Education, Experience and Skills:
o BA/BS in HR or Management, MBA preferred
o 3 - 5 years of experiences
o Executive presence and strong people skills
o Project Management/Project Coordination experience (can be through an internship or co-op position)
o Attention to detail and results driven Ability to drive an initiative to completion Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
o Web Design experience is preferred, not required Experience working with multi-nationality/cultural teams is an advantage
o Project Management, Executive Presence, Microsoft Office applications
Job Description:
A Project Coordinator II is needed for a 7-month contract position at major pharma company in Northeast.
Duties:
A key partner to the Office of R&D and R&D HR in driving, coordinating and tracking of a number of high priority and multi-functional projects. Candidate should be able to work with a good level of autonomy and be able to interact with executives on a regular basis. This position brings a high level of visibility into the Global R&D and Global HR functions.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
