Project Coordinator II (R&D and R&D HR focused projects)
Minimum REQUIREMENTS:
Education, Experience and Skills:
o BA/BS in HR or Management, MBA preferred
o 3 - 5 years of experiences
o Executive presence and strong people skills
o Project Management/Project Coordination experience (can be through an internship or co-op position)
o Attention to detail and results driven Ability to drive an initiative to completion Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
o Web Design experience is preferred, not required Experience working with multi-nationality/cultural teams is an advantage
o Project Management, Executive Presence, Microsoft Office applications
Job Description:
A Project Coordinator II is needed for a 7-month contract position at major pharma company in Northeast.
Duties:
A key partner to the Office of R&D and R&D HR in driving, coordinating and tracking of a number of high priority and multi-functional projects. Candidate should be able to work with a good level of autonomy and be able to interact with executives on a regular basis. This position brings a high level of visibility into the Global R&D and Global HR functions.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
