My name is Yaneris and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Swiftwater, PA. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:
Provides administrative support requiring advanced knowledge of department, division/business unit, and company functions.
Performs complex, specialized projects requiring strong initiative.
Regularly handles confidential material and information and exercises discretion in doing so.
Assembling data, preparing grammatically correct correspondence, completing analyses and providing preliminary recommendations for a variety of reports for review/approval by senior manager.
Information may be in preparation for meetings with the Board of Directors or CEO.
Oversees organization and maintenance of department filing system including confidential data.
Ensures department supplies needs are met.
Manages department communication for manager(s) including mail and email.
Responds to various inquiries for information according to general guidelines Coordinates meetings, maintains calendars, makes travel arrangements, etc.
Provides guidance and training to less experienced administrative staff.
Contacts involve planning and preparation of the communications, require skill, tact, persuasion and/or negotiation to accomplish the objectives of the communication.
Applies advanced concepts and additional skills and knowledge acquired through experience while performing the most complex tasks of the position.
Generally receives no instructions on routine assignments while under limited supervision.
Provides work direction to lower-level staff.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
