Manufacturing Returns Coordinator
Akkodis is seeking a Manufacturing Returns Coordinator for a one to two year contract position with a client located in Swiftwater, PA. Responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of reverse logistics projects that impact multiple departments, systems, or workflows. This is a hybrid role.Pay/Salary Range:
$28.00 to $32.00 per hourManufacturing Returns Coordinator job responsibilities include:
o Handles day-to-day activities surrounding reverse logistics, dedicated mainly to managing returns and adjustments mainly during and around product return season.o Provide premium service and support to customers, as defined by individual or unique customer needs.o Responsible for complying with all applicable SOX and internal controls and maintaining all relevant department KPIs.o Responsible for delivering on service levels for adjustments and returnso Ensure credits and pricing are correcto Process returns and adjustments manually at present, until systematic upgrades are finalized.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent working experience.o Minimum of two years' experience in Customer Service and/or Reverse Logistics. Returns management/ processing returns/ reverse logistics background is a huge plus. A year or so experience in pharma companies would be helpful.o Excel experience.
