- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Schedule service calls as needed - Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks - Enter data and maintain records in various systems
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Excellent time management skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong time management skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Job Type:
