We're looking for a Director of Product who will play a pivotal role in the success of our Product team and initiatives. Our Director of Product will be responsible for the development, and improvement of our proprietary title, escrow, and underwriting technology platform. As Blueprint continues its journey of growth, you will be required to deeply understand the needs and problems of multiple customer personas, including internal and external users, to deliver on strategy and ensure tactical alignment at the team level. You'll directly manage a team of product team members, and partner with engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure the successful launch of new features and evaluate the product post-launch. The Director of Product will also work with the executive team to ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals. Blueprint has built a platform with several product lines. The team you manage will need to be able to embrace the strategy across each and execute it in concert with each other to achieve broad product goals. What you will do:
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and analysts - Drive innovative ideas, solutions, and products through effective leadership and decisive action - Deliver, execute, and own execution of the Product roadmap, regularly communicating updates, adjustments, and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders - Bridge UX, engineering, and customer worlds as you lead strong and productive relationships with stakeholders to deliver on key priorities - Work closely with engineering and business leaders to understand problems, collaboratively articulate requirements, and evangelize the work across the organization - Manage Product lifecycle from concept to launch of the product(s) across all product lines - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Client Engagement on go-to-market strategy and execution - Partner with the CTO and other engineering leaders to improve and execute the SDLC to reliably deliver high-quality products on time and within the scope - Develop Product department budgets, forecasts, and metrics - Lead, define, represent and communicate product strategy to internal stakeholders - Assess product development processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement - Ensure successful product launches through proper communication and planning - Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy customers' needs - Cultivate a product and user-centric culture in a traditionally slow, paper-based industry - Facilitate growth and development of Product members through effective coaching and leadership tactics - Create a positive and inclusive environment for your team where everyone feels comfortable communicating openly, sharing feedback, and contributing ideas - Be proactive and use your passion for excellence to help our whole technology team build excellent, reliable products at a fast-moving cadence What we are looking for in you:
- You bring a minimum of 8 years in Product Management, of which at least 5 years of experience as a strategic product leader in a SaaS or SaaS
Services environment - History of working within a technical team, and a full understanding of the software development lifecycle - Track record of success in product planning, defining and launching successful products, unifying product portfolios, and working with SaaS product lines - Expertise in building a high-performing Product team and structure in a fast-paced start-up environment - Track record of building and/or developing products at scale, with platform experience a plus - Experience in FinTech, PropTech, or InsurTech industries is a plus - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional nature, from individual contributors all the way to executive management - Solid understanding and familiarity with SaaS products that service both internal teams and external clients. Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
