Lab Manager - Vaccine at Sanofi Pasteur in Swiftwater, PA
This position in the Process Technology platform within the Manufacturing Technology (MTech) function of Vaccines Industrial Affairs (VIA), will support the delivery of robust and efficient processes and technology for Formulation, Filling, Lyophilization and Inspection processes for Influenza Drug Products The mission of the MTech function is to deliver robust and efficient processes with associated knowledge to transfer to Manufacturing. The MTech function also provides daily support to manufacturing toward industrial performance excellence. Subject matter expert / Technical expert and point of contact within the field of expertise. Participate in the network for the field of expertise, within Sanofi Pasteur. Responsible for coaching and mentoring junior personnel and educating/maintaining technical knowledge in the workforce.

Fosters relationships with partners, experts from other functions, and customers in order to achieve technical objectives. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors or equivalent in basic sciences, math, engineering, or pharmacy with 5
years experience in biological processes or analytics in a cGMP environment. The candidate should possess educational and professional experience, commensurate with the position. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience in Facility, equipment, and GLP cross-functional lab management. Experience in lab safety, work scheduling, asset tracking, writing documents, and training modules. Experience with initiating and maintaining great relationships with multiple supporting platforms. Experience in a close and transparent group environment.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
